Bio

I was born in Georgetown, Guyana.  My mother and I emigrated to Canada when I was just a year and a half.  While I love my culture, I am proud to say that I am a Canadian.

With a growing interest in leadership, I pursed and completed a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and History at the University of Toronto.

Since then, I have been very fortunate to work for UNICEF Canada as well as Humber ITAL (College).

Currently, I am interning in South Africa on behalf of Niagara College and CIDA for the Walter Sisulu University and Centre for Rural Development.

My purpose is community involvement.  My knowledge is gained through learning from others.  My passion is people.
